Bio-Janitorial Service, Inc. actively recruits applicants with a diversity of backgrounds. We also believe it is most effective to create work crews whose members have a variety of experience levels. We believe employee training, and diversity are key elements of our success. All personnel are required to participate in “Pre-Assignment Orientation Training” prior to their initial assignment at a facility. This mandatory training covers topics from newly hired employees to a series of industry standard training videos. Training of personnel is provided through Bio Janitorial Service and developed with specialized curriculum. We have unique, ongoing, certified training programs for both custodians, and supervisors, based on industry standards, and client needs.

Bio Janitorial Service employees are required to attend regularly scheduled meetings covering such topics as cleaning procedures and safety. Any time a new cleaning product is introduced for use at a facility all personnel assigned to that facility receive Chemical Specific SDS training prior to its delivery. Our employees are cross-trained and permanently assigned to a specific client facility. They are easily identifiable by their uniforms and identification badges. With this training approach, we provide each client with the best value services and products.

Hiring Requirements

Bio Janitorial Service, Inc. will dispatch temporary (floaters) employee coverage when there is an absence with the janitorial staff. Our staff will be cross trained at various locations to remedy any absences when they occur. Customer Service (customerservice@biojanitorial.com) will be a point of contact that would enable comments, issues and problems to be addressed in a timely manner and minimize interruptions. Such communication will insure issues are resolved and janitors are able to correct defects and report them back to the client.
