  • “Pre-Assignment Orientation Training”: All new employees are required to participate in mandatory training before their first assignment, covering industry standards, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.

  • Certified Training Programs: We offer specialized, certified training for both custodians and supervisors, including our dedicated Floor Care Technician Apprenticeship Program, which leads to industry-recognized certification.

  • Safety and Compliance: Our commitment to a safety-first culture is reinforced through our HSE Training Policy. All personnel receive continuous training on cleaning procedures, chemical-specific SDS, and safety regulations, including those for secure airport environments like SIDA badging.

 

Our Operational Model

 Our operational model is designed for efficiency, accountability, and seamless service.

  • Cross-Training and Stability: Our employees are cross-trained and permanently assigned to specific client facilities to ensure consistency and a high level of service. We maintain a staff of temporary “floaters” to cover any absences, ensuring uninterrupted service.

  • Technology and Oversight: We use a modern approach to quality control, including a mobile app and Clean Smarts software for real-time task management and communication. Our on-site supervisors are always available to ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Professional Standards: All of our employees are easily identifiable by their professional uniforms and identification badges. Their professional appearance and courteous conduct reflect our commitment to the highest standards of service.

Bio Janitorial Service, Inc. will dispatch temporary (floaters) employee coverage when there is an absence with the janitorial staff. Our staff will be cross trained at various locations to remedy any absences when they occur. Customer Service (customerservice@biojanitorial.com) will be a point of contact that would enable comments, issues and problems to be addressed in a timely manner and minimize interruptions. Such communication will insure issues are resolved and janitors are able to correct defects and report them back to the client.

We believe employee training, and diversity are key elements of our success. All personnel are required to participate in “Pre-Assignment Orientation Training” prior to their initial assignment at a facility. This mandatory training covers topics from newly hired employees to a series of industry standard training videos. Training of personnel is provided through Bio Janitorial Service and developed with specialized curriculum. We have unique, ongoing, certified training programs for both custodians, and supervisors, based on industry standards, and client needs.
